Day to day, you will:\n<br>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with Sales to run efficient and effective merchant handover meetings<\/li>\n<li>Actively organise operational and strategic business reviews with your merchants to optimise their usage of Curlec and discover opportunities to add more value<\/li>\n<li>Create success account and growth plans for each of your merchants and keep these updated<\/li>\n<li>Advocate for our merchants internally by delivering informed, quantified feedback<\/li>\n<li>Utilise Customer Success tools and work with wider Success team to provide a consistent level of service to our merchants<\/li>\n<li>Manage and coordinate critical issues by working with our Operations and Engineering teams<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the Head of Customer Success to refine and improve processes<\/li>\n<li>Support the Marketing team by delighting customers, leading to referrals, testimonials and case studies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\nCurlec is still in the early stages of
