Where applicable, the latest campaign end date communicated by Razorpay to the merchant\u2019s registered email address will be considered the effective and applicable campaign end date for that merchant.<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As part of this campaign offer (\u201cOffer\u201d),\u00a0<strong>Razorpay Curlec Sdn Bhd<\/strong>\u00a0(formerly known as Curlec Sdn Bhd) (\u201cRazorpay\u201d) is providing\u00a0<strong>free payment processing (\u201cFee\u201d)<\/strong>\u00a0for the first\u00a0<strong>RM 10,000 (Malaysian Ringgit Ten Thousand only)<\/strong>\u00a0worth of transactions processed by each of the eligible merchants onboarded with Razorpay (\u201cYou\u201d or \u201cMerchant\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>This Offer is extended at Razorpay\u2019s sole discretion and is subject to the following terms and conditions. You must have successfully completed the onboarding process, including KYC verification, and accepted Razorpay\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/curlec.com\/s\/terms-of-use\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Terms of Use<\/a>\u00a0(\u201cTerms of Use\u201d).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>1. Eligibility<\/h2>\n<p>1.1 To be eligible for the Offer, Merchants must have received the Offer email invitation.<br \/>\n1.2 Merchants must have a valid\u00a0<strong>Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM)<\/strong>\u00a0registration and an active\u00a0<strong>business website<\/strong>\u00a0linked to their Razorpay Curlec account.<br \/>\n1.3 Customers not approved for onboarding or failing to meet the requirements above will not be eligible for the Offer.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>2. Offer Details<\/h2>\n<p>2.1 Each eligible Merchant under this Offer will not be charged any Fees by Razorpay on the first\u00a0<strong>RM 10,000 (Malaysian Ringgit Ten Thousand only)<\/strong>\u00a0worth of transactions processed.<br \/>\n2.2 Eligible transactions must be processed no later than <b>31 March<\/b><strong>\u00a02026, at 23:59 (local time)<\/strong>.<br \/>\n2.3 The Offer will terminate upon the earlier of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The processing of\u00a0<strong>RM 10,000<\/strong>\u00a0worth of eligible transactions, or<\/li>\n<li>The expiration of the Offer period stated in clause 2.2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2.4 Upon termination of the Offer, standard transaction fees will apply to any subsequent transactions.<br \/>\n2.5 You will be eligible to receive transaction amounts totaling\u00a0<strong>RM 10,000<\/strong>\u00a0until the end of <b>31 March 2026<\/b>\u00a0without paying any fees for the Services to Razorpay (\u201cAmount Credits\u201d).<br \/>\nTerms for the use of Amount Credits shall apply\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/curlec.com\/docs\/payments\/dashboard\/account-settings\/credits\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>3. Transaction Eligibility<\/h2>\n<p>3.1 Razorpay reserves the right to decline or disqualify certain transactions from this Offer at its sole discretion, including but not limited to transactions that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Violate the Terms of Use;<\/li>\n<li>Involve suspicious or fraudulent activity; or<\/li>\n<li>Fail to comply with Razorpay\u2019s policies, terms, or conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3.2 Razorpay may revoke the Offer and terminate the Merchant\u2019s participation if, at its sole discretion, it determines that the Merchant has violated these Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use, or applicable laws and regulations.<br \/>\n3.3 Transactions deemed ineligible for the Offer will be subject to the standard transaction fees and charges.<br \/>\n3.4 The value of transactions that result in refunds will not be eligible for reimbursement or restoration to the Amount Credits balance.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>4. Offer Limitations<\/h2>\n<p>4.1 The Offer is limited to those who meet all eligibility requirements.<br \/>\n4.2 Razorpay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice in cases of fraud, abuse, or other circumstances compromising the integrity of the Offer.<br \/>\n4.3 The Offer is\u00a0<strong>non-transferable<\/strong>\u00a0and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions from Razorpay.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>5. General Terms<\/h2>\n<p>5.1 Razorpay\u2019s decisions regarding this Offer, including eligibility and approval of transactions, are\u00a0<strong>final and binding<\/strong>.<br \/>\n5.2 Merchants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Terms of Use when availing of the Offer.<br \/>\n5.3 Razorpay reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at its discretion.
