Curlec is the only payments company in Malaysia that aims to help businesses in
Malaysia control their money movement seamlessly with its wide product suite.
Having started in the recurring payment business, Curlec has expanded into other
payments and software services such as Real-Time Payouts and Subscription Billing.
Curlec was recently acquired by Razorpay, the largest online payments and
neobanking platform for businesses in India, to help enter and scale its business in
Southeast Asia. Razorpay serves over 8 million businesses and is backed by some of
the world’s marquee investors that include Sequoia Capital, Tiger Global, Mastercard
and TCV, and was part of the prestigious Silicon Valley tech accelerator, Y Combinator.
You will be responsible for finding and closing new businesses across our target
industries. This will be done via your own efforts and supported by our Marketing and
wider Sales teams. You’ll work to uncover and define the best growth opportunities for
Curlec, including new customers, new industries and new sales strategies. You’ll
manage inbound leads as the first point of contact for many new and growing
businesses interested in Curlec, and run outbound campaigns to reach merchants
who may not be familiar with Curlec. You will also provide invaluable feedback to our
Product and Operations teams to ensure that we continue to offer our customers the
best possible experience.
