Product Analysts at Curlec are responsible for owning the accountability of the product insights, performance as well as analysing market data, trends, and behaviours. Be the key product touchpoint in providing product expert advice to cross-functional teams. Come on board and shape Curlec’s digital payments products for the future. Build state-of-the-art products to meet the industry, business and customer needs. Should be equally comfortable carrying out product evaluation and forecasts performance reporting and running weekly sprints while managing stakeholders, merchants and customers expectations (needs/requirements). You must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity. Product Analysts at Curlec are learning the tricks and trades of full-stack Product Management and get exposure to customers and strategic discussions internally.
Evaluate the company products and compare them against industry trends.
Develop an understanding of company products to meet the company's current and future needs.
Provide assistance with product and rating reviews.
Develop and oversee small to medium scale projects.
Analyse metrics to continually improve company products.
Contribute to company operations, such as costing, inventory control, planning, and budgeting.
Assist the company in achieving short and long-term goals relating to product growth.
Work with other company departments to improve the analysis and presentation of products.
You will be a good fit for this role if:
You understand technology, and is able to carry out market research and analysis
Confident and comfortable with customer interviews, gathering data and carrying out data analysis and generating insights.
You have prior experience in product or business Analyst space in any industry with at least 2 years of experience. Fresh graduates will be considered.
You're comfortable with drawing processes, workflows, and writing high-quality product documentation.
