# Glossary

> Important terms related to Razorpay Curlec Partner Program.

The following table lists all the commonly used terms and their definitions used in Razorpay Curlec Partnership Program:

| Term                                        | Definition                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               |
| ------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Partner                                     | A Partner is a Razorpay Curlec merchant who onboards clients on Razorpay Curlec platform as its sub-merchants.                                                                                                                                           |
| Service Partners                            | Service Partners are businesses or individuals who refer and/or integrate Razorpay Curlec for their clients. Service Partners are typically not involved in managing transactions on behalf of their clients.                                            |
| Sub-merchant<br />or<br />Affiliate Account | Sub-merchants are the clients who get onboarded on the Razorpay Curlec platform by a Partner. A sub-merchant can access and manage their own  Dashboard. Once on-boarded, sub-merchant accounts must be activated for them to start collecting payments. |
