As our Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our sales team to scale our business in Malaysia. You will be responsible for identifying the most attractive pockets of opportunity in the market and then developing the right Marketing approaches to unlock them.
You will own the Marketing plan for Curlec and will be responsible for setting our milestones and tracking performance. Your day-to-day role will be varied, encompassing a wide range of activities across a number of different channels. The sort of projects that we’d expect you to be involved with include: helping to define our target segments, developing our content strategy, driving growth on our digital channels, working closely with our Partners to develop joint marketing campaigns and developing the right sales enablement toolkit.

Building an understanding of the market and competitive landscape
Developing the marketing plans and associated budget
Working with internal stakeholders across our Sales, Marketing and Product teams and where needed, external providers to deliver these plans
Defining the suite of relevant KPIs and milestones that we should track
Tracking and reporting progress against milestone delivery and KPIs
Resolving roadblocks where possible and escalating where needed
