Terms and Conditions

  • This promotional offer is valid between the campaign period of 1st September 2021 until the 31st January 2022.
  • The promotional offer is valid to both new and existing clients of OCBC Bank.
  • For merchants who are interested to join the campaign but do not have any account with OCBC, merchants will need to apply for an account with OCBC. The merchant's application is subjected to assessment and approval by OCBC at its discretion, and also subject to terms and conditions as may be imposed by OCBC.
  • Merchants will need to sign up using the landing page link/form provided in order to be eligible for the promotional offer and start transacting within the campaign period.
  • The Curlec Monthly Subscription Fee of RM100 will be waived for the first three months, once your live Curlec account and PayNet Direct Biller ID has been issued to you. The Curlec Monthly Subscription fee will only be applicable starting from the fourth month after the issuance of your live Curlec account and PayNet Direct Biller ID has been issued to you.
  • Direct Debit & FPX Transaction Fees charged by Curlec will be waived for the first three months, once your live Curlec account and PayNet Direct Biller ID has been issued to you. Direct Debit & FPX Transaction Fees charged by Curlec will only be applicable starting from the fourth month after the issuance of your live Curlec account and PayNet Direct Biller ID has been issued to you.
