- All sections such as Privacy Policy, Pricing, About Us, Contact Us, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy (if selling physical goods) of your website must be updated with accurate and current information before submission.

- Clear designation of authorised signatory for Razorpay Merchant Services.
- Authority to link bank accounts and handle transactional matters.
- Authority to submit KYC documentation and compliance requirements.

The Board Resolution must explicitly mention Razorpay Merchant Services and authorisation for accepting international payments in India. Use the template and customise it with your company details.
When accepting payments from Indian customers, you must select the appropriate purpose code. This code is mandatory per RBI regulations and categorises the nature of your transaction.
