Launch marketing campaigns, send targeted promotions and track real-time insights to boost customer engagement using the Billme Campaigns dashboard.


The All Campaigns page under the Communication Channel allows businesses to create, manage and analyse all types of campaigns across multiple formats. This page acts as a central hub where businesses can control every aspect of their ongoing, past and future campaigns.

Businesses can view, filter and create new campaigns according to their marketing needs. They can customise campaigns and turn digital bills into effective marketing tools using:

  • Redirectable and clickable images
  • GIFs
  • Carousels supporting multiple image formats
  • Surveys on bills
  • Coupons on bills
  • YouTube videos on bills

Here is the information provided for each campaign type:

  • Campaign Name
  • Campaign Status (live, inactive or Draft)
  • Campaign Description
  • Campaign Type (Whatsapp, SMS, Ad Below Bill, Banner in Bill, etc)
  • Date Created
  • Date Updated

There are various actions you can perform on this page.

To select a campaign type:

  • Click on the dropdown icon behind Select Campaign Listing and select the campaign type.

You can search for a specific campaign.

To search for a specific campaign:

  • Click on the search icon on the right side of the page and enter the campaign name.

You can filter campaigns based on time range and status of the campaign.

To filter campaigns:

  1. Click on the filter icon behind the search icon. The filter popup page appears.

  2. Select the Campaign State and click Save. You can select multiple states.
  3. Click Time Frame and select the time range you want to filter.

You can edit, view, duplicate and delete campaigns. You can also view and unpublish the live campaigns.

To perform an action against a particular campaign:

  • Hover over to the ellipsis icon against a particular campaign. An actions menu appears.

The edit action allows businesses to modify all campaign details, including content, audience and scheduling.

The delete action permanently removes a campaign. Once deleted, the campaign cannot be retrieved.

The view action provides complete campaign details, including advert content and campaign settings. Campaigns can be viewed in three categories:

  • Draft Campaigns: Designed but not yet published.
  • Inactive Campaigns: Unpublished by the businesses.
  • Active Campaigns: Currently live and visible to customers.

The duplicate action allows businesses to copy an existing campaign. They can rename and modify details before publishing the duplicated version.

Unpublishes the campaign, preventing it from appearing on any future digital bills generated after unpublishing.

Unpublishes the campaign from both new and previously generated bills, removing its visibility completely.

You can create a new campaign on this page.

To create a new campaign:

  1. Click New Campaign.

  2. Select the Campaign type you want to create.
  3. Enter the campaign name, description and other relevant details on the next page.
  4. Preview your campaign, make any final changes and publish.

On the Billme dashboard, businesses can create various types of campaigns tailored for different communication channels and marketing goals:

Businesses can design targeted SMS campaigns. They control the messaging, targeted customer segment, start time and duration of the campaign.

Businesses can create detailed email campaigns by defining the message, selecting the target segment, setting launch dates and previewing how the email will appear before publishing.

Businesses can create banners within digital bills by:

  • Filling in campaign details
  • Designing banners using drag and drop elements
  • Selecting brand and store
  • Publishing immediately or scheduling for later
  • Previewing before publishing

Businesses can run ads below digital bills using:

  • Images
  • GIFs
  • Carousels
  • YouTube videos

The process includes adding campaign details, selecting stores, scheduling, previewing and publishing.

Businesses can add a survey button below the bill by:

  • Adding campaign details and selecting the survey
  • Designing the survey button using drag and drop elements
  • Adding supporting messages in JPG or GIF format
  • Selecting brand and store
  • Scheduling and publishing after preview

Businesses can upload a PDF file that appears below the bill. They provide campaign details, upload the file, select brand and store and then publish immediately or schedule for later.

Businesses can create popups that appear over digital bills by:

  • Providing campaign details
  • Designing the popup using drag and drop (image, GIF, carousel, YouTube or video)
  • Configuring popup behaviour (immediate or delayed display)
  • Adding redirect links
  • Selecting brand and store
  • Scheduling, previewing and publishing
