The homepage provides a central view of your business operations, bringing together key data from the entire Billme platform. It enables you to monitor the day’s performance at a glance, helping you make quick, informed decisions.

The Dashboard homepage has the following sections.

Billing

The Billing section displays cumulative sales data for the current day across all your stores.

  • Total Sales
    Total value of sales generated today.

  • Total Transactions
    Total number of transactions processed today.

  • Average Billing
    The average value per transaction for today.

Transactions

The Transactions section provides an overview of the type of transactions and your business’s environmental impact through digital billing.

  • Billme Usage (%)
    Percentage of transactions completed using digital invoices via Billme.

  • Print Usage (%)
    Percentage of transactions completed with printed receipts.

  • Billme + Print Usage (%)
    Percentage of transactions where both digital and printed invoices were issued.

  • Trees Saved (Lifetime)
    Total estimated number of trees saved by reducing paper usage via digital billing.

  • CO₂ Savings (Lifetime)
    Total estimated carbon emissions reduction achieved over time.

Store Summary

The Store Summary offers a snapshot of your operational footprint.

  • Active Stores
    Total number of stores actively processing bills.

  • Active Bill Campaigns
    Number of ongoing promotional campaigns running via bill advertisements.

  • Active Journeys
    Number of customer journeys currently in progress, such as loyalty or engagement programmes.

  • Company Balance
    The total available recharge balance in your company account.

Feedback & Complaints

The Feedback & Complaints section displays a list of recent customer feedback entries and customer complaints received across your stores. If no new feedback has been received today, previously collected feedback is shown for reference.
