Feedback
Collect customer feedback via bills, surveys and analyse responses to improve service and customer experience.
The Feedback page provides a singular window to view and manage all customer feedback received across your stores. It helps you track customer sentiment and take timely action to improve service quality. The page is divided into two tabs: Responses and Campaigns.
You can view all the feedback posted by your customers. You can view, filter, delete, sort and export all the feedback from this page.
The Responses tab includes multiple features to help you manage feedback effectively.

With the filter option, you can quickly narrow down feedback entries based on specific parameters. You can apply filters based on:
- Date and Time
- Ratings
- Campaign
- Store
Sort By: You can sort feedback entries in the order of newest first or oldest first, helping you prioritise recent or historical feedback as needed.
Reply: You have the option to reply directly to customer feedback, allowing you to engage with customers and address their concerns or appreciation promptly.
With the Export option, you can export feedback data in CSV format for external analysis or reporting purposes. Filters can be applied before export to ensure only relevant feedback data is exported.
The Campaigns page provides a singular window to view feedback related to all your past and ongoing campaigns, as well as create new feedback forms to collect customer feedback. This page gives you full control to manage, monitor and analyse campaign-specific feedback across your stores.
It is a page to view all the feedback posted by the customers about your past and present campaigns and also create new feedback forms.
You can view, filter, sort, create new feedback forms for your campaigns, search and export campaign feedback from here.

The main table displays the following details for each campaign:
- Name
- Date
- Type
- Status (can be updated directly from the table)
- Actions
The New Campaign feature allows you to create new feedback forms for your campaigns.
- Select the brand or brands for which you want to create the form.
- Select the specific store.
- Enter the campaign name and click on next.
- A new window will open where you can configure auto-generated messages based on the star ratings your customers provide.
- You can add a rating caption and provide response options for each rating.
- To add an option, click on + add option.
- To copy the message from the previous rating, click on use as previous.
- After configuring all details, click on save campaign. The newly created campaign will appear in the main table.
This allows you to edit the automated responses set for each customer rating. You can also preview how the message will appear to customers in phone view.
You can view customer feedback for the selected campaign and reply to their ratings directly from here.
The export feature allows you to export campaign feedback data in Excel format for external analysis.
The Reports action displays a summary of all ratings and feedback received for the selected campaign.
You can sort the campaigns by newest first or oldest first to easily manage recent and past campaigns.
The filter allows you to quickly display campaigns of relevance based on:
- Date and Time
The search feature enables you to search for specific campaigns using relevant keywords.
