Document Checklist

Find the list of documents required for different business entity types.

Private and Public Limited Companies

Company KYC

1. Company PAN Card
2. Certificate of Incorporation (COI)
3. Memorandum of Association (MOA) & Articles of Association (AOA)
4. Company’s GST Registration Certificate (operational address proof)
5. Company address proof: Utility bill (not older than 60 days), registered and unexpired rent agreement or Udyam Registration.
6. Audited financials for the last 3 years + provisional financials for the current year (if applicable).
7. Last 6 months' bank Statements from your company main account (especially where Razorpay settlements are received).

Directors / Authorised Signatories' KYC

1. PAN Card
2. Aadhaar, Passport or Voter id
3. Recent Photograph

Partnership Firms

Firm KYC

1. Partnership PAN Card
2. Partnership Deed
3. GST Registration (verify your operational address)
4. Current address proof: A utility bill (not older than 60 days), a registered and unexpired rent agreement, Udyam Registration, or a Trade License/Municipal License.
5. Last 6 months' bank Statements (digital copies preferred)

Partner KYC

1. Partner's PAN Card
2. List of all partners with their name, Date of Birth and DIN/PAN/Form60 details
3. Aadhaar, Passport or Voter id
4. Recent Photograph

Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs)

LLP Firm KYC

1. LLP PAN Card
2. LLP Agreement
3. ROC Registration
4. GST Registration (verify your operational address)
5. Current address proof: A utility bill (not older than 60 days), registered and unexpired rent agreement or Udyam Registration
6. Last 6 months' Bank Statements (digital copies preferred).
7. Board Resolution authorising the company to apply for the corporate card.

Director/Partner KYC

1. List of all Directors/Partners with their name, Date of Birth and DIN/PAN/Form 60 details
2. Individual PAN Card
3. Aadhaar, Passport or Voter id
4. Recent Photograph

Proprietorships

Proprietary Firm KYC

1. PAN Card of the Proprietor (this acts as your business PAN)
2. Any 2 business existence proofs : GST Certificate, Udyam Registration, Shop & Establishment Act License, Trade License, or an MSME Certificate
3. Business address proof: If your business does not operate at the address on the above proofs, a registered rental agreement is required.
4. Last 6 months' bank statement.

Proprietor KYC

1. PAN Card
2. Aadhaar, Passport or Voter id
3. Recent photograph
