Proof of Existence (All)

1. Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) agreement.
   • Where the banking clause is not mentioned in the LLP agreement, all the partners must sign the resolution / declaration certifying the banking clause and mode of operation for the account.
2. Certificate of Incorporation with Registrar of Companies (ROC).
3. PAN card in the name of the firm.

Proof of Address (any 1)

1. Any of the Proof of Existence documents, if it contains the address.
2. Telephone bill (landline / mobile) / Electricity bill of public and approved private operators / Water Bill issued by Municipality (not more than 3 months old).
3. Property tax paid receipt / bill raised in the name of the firm.
4. 1-month account statement from existing bank account maintained with a scheduled commercial bank in the name of the firm and having at least one customer-initiated transaction (not more than 3-months-old).
5. Registered and stamped lease / rent / leave and license agreement in the name of the firm.
6. Property ownership deed, that is the Title deeds of the property in the name of the firm duly stamped and registered.
7. Certificate of registration under any Statue /Act or Professional bodies.
8. Business License issued by State / Central Government authority.
9. Municipal Registration Certificate.
10. GST Certificate.
11. Valid Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) registration certificate.
12. Valid License under the Explosives Act (in the case of Industry of Hazardous nature like fireworks).
13. Import / Export certificate in the name of the firm.
14. Latest available acknowledged copy of Income Tax / Assessment order along with printout from PAN website confirming the PAN number and name of entity (printout to be duly signed by Relationship Manager / Branch Manager).
15. Certificate issued by respective government authority for units in Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Software Technology Park (STP), Export Oriented Unit (EOU), Electronic Hardware Technology Park (EHTP) and Export Processing Zone (EPZ) in the name of the entity mentioning the address allotted.
16. Registration certificate of recognized Provident Fund (PF) with PF Commissioner.
17. Certificate of registration / Certificate of Practice issued by professional bodies such as Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) / Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) / The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) in the name of the firm.
