Malaysia Campaign Offer

Terms and Conditions

As part of this campaign offer (“Offer”), Razorpay Curlec Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Curlec Sdn Bhd) (“Razorpay”) is providing free payment processing (“Fee”) for the first RM 10,000 (Malaysian Ringgit Ten Thousand only) worth of transactions processed by each of the eligible merchants onboarded with Razorpay (“You” or “Merchant”).

This Offer is extended at Razorpay’s sole discretion and is subject to the following terms and conditions. You must have successfully completed the onboarding process, including KYC verification, and accepted Razorpay’s Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”).

1. Eligibility

1.1 To be eligible for the Offer, Merchants must have received the Offer email invitation.
1.2 Merchants must have a valid Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) registration and an active business website linked to their Razorpay Curlec account.
1.3 Customers not approved for onboarding or failing to meet the requirements above will not be eligible for the Offer.

2. Offer Details

2.1 Each eligible Merchant under this Offer will not be charged any Fees by Razorpay on the first RM 10,000 (Malaysian Ringgit Ten Thousand only) worth of transactions processed.
2.2 Eligible transactions must be processed no later than 12 December 2025, at 23:59 (local time).
2.3 The Offer will terminate upon the earlier of:

• The processing of RM 10,000 worth of eligible transactions, or
• The expiration of the Offer period stated in clause 2.2.

2.4 Upon termination of the Offer, standard transaction fees will apply to any subsequent transactions.
2.5 You will be eligible to receive transaction amounts totaling RM 10,000 until the end of 12 December 2025 without paying any fees for the Services to Razorpay (“Amount Credits”).
Terms for the use of Amount Credits shall apply here.

3. Transaction Eligibility

3.1 Razorpay reserves the right to decline or disqualify certain transactions from this Offer at its sole discretion, including but not limited to transactions that:

• Violate the Terms of Use;
• Involve suspicious or fraudulent activity; or
• Fail to comply with Razorpay’s policies, terms, or conditions.

3.2 Razorpay may revoke the Offer and terminate the Merchant’s participation if, at its sole discretion, it determines that the Merchant has violated these Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use, or applicable laws and regulations.
3.3 Transactions deemed ineligible for the Offer will be subject to the standard transaction fees and charges.
3.4 The value of transactions that result in refunds will not be eligible for reimbursement or restoration to the Amount Credits balance.

4. Offer Limitations

4.1 The Offer is limited to those who meet all eligibility requirements.
4.2 Razorpay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice in cases of fraud, abuse, or other circumstances compromising the integrity of the Offer.
4.3 The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions from Razorpay.

5. General Terms

5.1 Razorpay’s decisions regarding this Offer, including eligibility and approval of transactions, are final and binding.
5.2 Merchants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Terms of Use when availing of the Offer.
5.3 Razorpay reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to the Merchant.
5.4 Razorpay shall not be liable to You or to any third party for:

• Anything arising out of the provision of this Offer, or
• Any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Offer for any reason whatsoever.
