Performance Marketing Specialist

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, optimise, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEM & display campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness from spending while keeping to monthly ROI targets.
  • Monitor results daily and focus on the key metrics of the ad performance
  • Work closely with the head of marketing to work out advertising strategies
  • Manage all performance marketing campaigns
  • Working with UTMs, Facebook Pixels, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc
  • Run and analyse results of A/B tests
  • Analyse industry and competitor trends to identify new digital marketing opportunities
  • Analyse and provide reports and insights to improve performance continuously
  • Staying up to date with the latest advances in the industry and identify new opportunities
  • Reporting - Monitor and report campaign progress- suggest ways to improve /experiment.
  • CRM - Manage Curlec’s Hubspot Database
  • Website management - Managing Curlec’s website

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working on performance marketing with proven performance result in the B2B industry. Agency experience is an advantage
  • Solid experience on major Ad platforms such as Google Ads (SEM, Display, Video), Linkedin Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads (Lead Generation, Conversion)
  • Experience in media buy planning, metric forecast, ad settings, and ad optimisation performance
  • Experience in analytics and tracking tools (UTMs, Facebook Pixels, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc)
  • Digitally savvy, current on market trends and emerging platforms
  • Effective communication and writing skills (English)
  • Meticulous, sharp, and analytical
  • A self-driven, keen learner with a positive attitude
  • Have a good eye for visual content. You don’t have to be a graphic designer but you will need to know when something looks great
