We’re seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team of passionate changemakers who are determined to drive digital payment transformation in Malaysia. In this position, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients, identifying their payment processing needs, and presenting our payment gateway solutions to meet those requirements. Your goal will be to convert leads into satisfied customers by effectively demonstrating the value of our products and services. 

 

Reporting to: Head of SME Sales

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing Inbound Inquiries: From lead qualifying, calling, scheduling meetings, follow ups, presentations and ultimately closing.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and persuasive presentations to prospects, showcasing features and benefits of our payment gateway solutions tailored to specific business needs.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand clients’ pain points and business requirements to provide effective and tailored solutions that will enhance their payment processing capabilities and overall business operations.
  • Quota Attainment: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to effectively position our payment gateway solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Fresh grads are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clients
  • Basic understanding of sales principles
  • Eagerness to learn and work with several teams
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Payment/fintech industry background experience is a bonus

Location & Commitments

Permanent full time role based at our office in Bangsar South
